MINDFULLNESS IS A JOURNEY NOT AN EVENT

Have we realized?

When we are eating, we are thinking about our friends.

When we are at home, we are thinking about work.

When we are at work thinking about travel

When we are traveling thinking about Sleep

When sleeping thinking about something else

Our whole life rolls on like this; we are simply not present at that moment. We are not able to enjoy the present moment, restless in thinking about either past or future.

When we are mindful in the present moment, distractions reduced. We are focused and attentive. Our biochemical process releases endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin. 16.5 percent increase in such hormones upgrades immunity by 49 percent.

Let us enjoy eating every bite of it, smell, color, taste, texture, etc.

Let us get involved when we are at work. Listen and speak mindfully, perform effectively. Productivity will increase a few folds with a sense of collective accomplishment.
