The bird is flying everywhere in your mind?? That means our own mind is not in our control.
When we do not like something, or a challenge arises, the higher chance is that our mind is focused on that and consequently stress builds up.
Conscious awareness of this phenomenon helps to engage the brain to find a solution for our disliking or the challenge.
